ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Kerala Blockchain Academy invites applications for the 3-month KBA Internship Program, crafted to provide participants with in-depth knowledge and practical skills in Application Development. This transformative journey begins with offline training in Application Development, followed by personalised online mentorship from the esteemed researchers and developers at Kerala Blockchain Academy.

Who is it for ?

The course is suitable for anyone with a basic understanding of Web Development. Additionally, applicants should have a basic knowledge of the topic they are choosing.

Program Structure

 Phase-1: Learning phase (January)

  • One day offline workshop on Application development: January 11, 2025

A comprehensive workshop which introduces application development.

Venue: Kerala Blockchain Academy,  IIITMK Building, Technopark Phase-1, Trivandrum

  • Short online workshops by mentors, specific to the internship topic

The mentors will arrange periodic workshops/tutorial sessions for the participants, covering important topics related to the internship area.

  • Periodic assessments(programming exercises/reports/quizzes) by mentors to evaluate the learning progress of students.

Only students who pass the periodic assessments with a minimum score of 60% will be eligible to continue the internship. 

Phase 2: Project development(internship phase) (February & March) 

Students who pass phase-1, will develop their assigned projects for 2 months, under the guidance of their respective mentors. The mentors will assess the weekly progress of students through one-one meetings/code review sessions.

CERTIFICATION

Upon program completion, participants are required to furnish a comprehensive Project report on the tasks given as part of the internship. This report is a valuable addition to participants’ portfolios, enabling them to demonstrate their acquired skills and expertise to prospective employers effectively.

Students will be awarded a Blockchain-powered certificate upon successfully fulfilling the program requirements.

non-KBAIC: 6000+tax
