Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the design and development of non-custodial wallet features for a leading Web3 wallet. This role involves defining the product roadmap, driving product launches, fostering user growth, and promoting innovative features.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Design and Planning: Design and implement Web3 wallet features, ensuring continuous iteration and improvement.
• User Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to understand user requirements, develop strategies to address pain points, and optimize the overall user experience.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with technical, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely product development and adherence to quality standards.
• Project Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to release, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, providing actionable recommendations to maintain the product’s competitive edge.

Key Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a product management role, with a bachelor’s degree or higher. Experience with blockchain products and basic blockchain knowledge is required.
• Familiarity with on-chain transactions (e.g., swaps), DeFi, airdrops, and meme trading is highly preferred.
• Strong market insight with the ability to quickly adapt to industry changes and develop responsive strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure smooth project execution.
• Proficiency in English communication and writing is preferred.
• A passion for the blockchain industry, a willingness to learn and explore new industry knowledge, and the ability to execute effectively under pressure.
