Blockchain Backend Engineer(KBAJ013) Featured

Maxtron seeking a motivated and talented Junior Blockchain & Backend Engineer with a strong foundation in blockchain technologies and backend development. This contract position lasts 3-4 months, ideal for individuals looking to gain more hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. There is a possibility of full-time employment if the candidate fits our requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
● Blockchain Development:
○ Develop and deploy smart contracts using Solidity.
○ Utilize ethers.js for blockchain interactions.
○ Implement and manage ERC-721, ERC-1155, and ERC-20 token standards.
○ Contribute to the overall blockchain architecture and ecosystem strategy.
● Backend Development:
○ Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js.
○ Design and manage databases using Postgres and MongoDB.
○ Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
○ Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish
objectives and design more functional, cohesive code to enhance the user
experience.

● Collaboration & Communication:
○ Work closely with project managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver
high-quality products.
○ Participate in code reviews and contribute to team learning and improvement.
○ Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Required Skills and Experience:
● Minimum 1 year of experience in blockchain development and backend engineering.
● Proficiency in Solidity and experience with ethers.js.
● In-depth knowledge of ERC-721, ERC-1155, and ERC-20 token standards.
● Familiarity with blockchain architecture and ecosystem.
● Strong experience in backend development using Node.js and Express.js.
● Competence in working with Postgres and MongoDB databases.
● Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with other blockchain platforms and frameworks.
● Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks.
● Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
● Contributions to open-source projects.
